  • Free Evaluations for business owners, including providing the owner with a professional opinion of how to price the business for sale.
      

  • Business Marketing Services, including analyzing the financial records, creating and packaging the marketing materials, confidentiality system implementation and management, advertising and promotion, buyer search activities, buyer interviewing and qualification, management of the Letter Of Intent/Offer To Purchase process, coordination of the due diligence activities, management of the closing and disbursal of the sale proceeds. 
      

  • Evaluations for entrepreneurs (buyers) who are considering buying a business, to help the buyer know if the price he's/she's considering paying is fair market value.
      

  • Coordination of the entire acquisition process, including working with the attorneys, accountants, creditors, lenders, and other advisors involved with all parties.
      

  • Acquisition search services for buyers, including providing information to buyers on the hundreds of business opportunities available from our agencies' present inventory of businesses for sale, and on the many pending listings our agents are in the process of listing at any given time.
      

  • Special projects for buyers, including: conducting targeted acquisition searches for the buyer/client; our performing of detailed analysis for the buyer/client of the seller's financial records, pricing and project viability; our conducting negotiations with the seller(s) on behalf of our client, the buyer; our providing the buyer with assistance and advice in obtaining financing for the acquisition (including introducing the buyer to our extensive lender data base, our preparation of the acquisition financing package, our presenting the package to likely lenders); our managing the details of the acquisition due diligence (including working with the parties' attorneys, accountants, creditors, etc); with our organization representing the buyer, and the buyer paying our fee, negotiated in advance to the satisfaction of the buyer, in these special circumstances.
      

  • Acquisition Financing.  One of our specialties has always been assisting buyers with arranging the financing related to their acquisition, including our creating the loan packet used to approach lenders, introducing the buyer to lenders, consulting with the seller to make sure the buyer's lender receives all the materials the lender needs to evaluate the project, filling out of the SBA loan application documents, when applicable, managing the due diligence process , and coordinating the closing with the lender.
